World Teachers’ Day, otherwise known as International Teachers’ Day, is an annual event held on October 5 every year. it is a day to celebrate the world changers, the molders, the builders of nations and the mentors of many generations.
To the employers of labour: Teachers are the driving force that keeps the school going.
To the students/pupils: Teachers are their mentors and pathfinders.
To the nation: Teachers are an invaluable and indispensable tool to the growth and development of the nation.
The theme of 2023 World Teachers’ Day is “The teachers we need for the education we want”.
Here at SHOMS INT’T SCHOOL we are geared towards building a nation where students can stand tall and make a difference in all spheres of life. Our teachers are the best among equals.
